Hi! My name is Elad Meidar and i am the author of Emphasized Insanity, a blog in which i post a collection of links every few days named Bag O' Links.
Gathering links online had become rather easy using tools like Delicious, Digg and subscribing to favorite blogs, but syndicating links that my twitter friends post, became rather difficult.
I tried to use Twitter's "Favorite" feature but it just didn't work out for the long run.

My anticipated failure led me to code this app, which will allow you to register once with your twitter account and get a link to an RSS feed containing all the tweets your friends posted and had links in it. Yay!

"But some of my friends are boring!"

Yeah, i know, some of mine too.
To help going around that issue, you can edit your account preferences and exclude:

• Usernames you want to exclude
• hashtags
• and Domains (e.g: youtube.com)
